Session 5 began as the band 2nd Coming in 1998 through Dr. Phenious Buyck and Mr. James Mills. The music created by the band was an original genre called Ja'blunagere pronouced Ja blu nu gair(sometimes called Jazzspiration). Since the death of Dr. Buyck, the name changed to Session 5 and the flavor of music has grown to reach the ear of young adults, seasoned adults, children and any one else with an ear to hear.
Session 5 is a R&B and Jazz instrumental music group represented by Regina Maria Management. We also have the versatility to go from being a trio (guitar,bass,drums) to a quartet (guitar,bass,drums,keyboards) to a five piece with vocals (Vocals,guitar,bass,keyboards and drums)
