Biscuits and Gravy is a new band featuring Eli Fletcher and Josh Stevens. Biscuits and Gravy specializes in acoustic music of all kinds with a distinctly down-home flavor, brought about by the use of authentic instruments such as the dobro, mandolin and accordion.

A Cleveland native, Eli (vocals and guitar) is a legendary street musician in the Ohio City district and is well known throughout the area. Eli also plays bass in the Joe Average Band. Josh, an NYC native and Clevelander for over 20 years, is a multi-instrumentalist and has played in many bands including Harvest and the Easy-Street Rounders.
