With multi-faceted talent as a songwriter, rapper, producer, H.B. is taking the entertainment industry by storm. His dedication and love for music became evident at a young age and he was able to incorporate his passion and talent in order to rise above struggles and economical hardships. By listening to some of his breakthrough tracks such as "One Nite", "U See Me" and "Grindin' ", It is evident that H.B. Monte has a unique sound to offer the music industry. With music, H.B. gives his audience a piece of him which is what truly sets him apart from the rest. His popularity grew in 2002 when he performed with Ludacris during a radio station event in Boston and with Fabolous at various venues in Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He also created and hosted "Havok Hour", a critically acclaimed hip-hop radio show on WBRU 95.5 FM in Providence, Rhode Island. By 2004, H.B. Monte's songs had received syndicated radio play on international radio and had a live appearance on the CBS Sunday Morning Show. H.B. also featured on a number of corporate and event mix CDs including Def Jam's "We Gets Busy", "Scion Extravaganza", Star and Buckwild's "Imperial Voyage of Hate" and Funkmaster Flex's "Birthday Bash at the Roxy".
In 2006, H.B. Monte previously known as "Hav-Boy", nationally toured with top recording artists of Infamous G-Unit. In 2007-08, he executive produced "Can I Speak to Biggie" (produced by Chris Ward and Joey Bravo of the Individuals) which featured Bizzy Bone, Bobby Valentino, Maino and Chingy. The song was a dedication to Notorious B.I.G., marking the anniversary of his death. He hosted a Promotional CD for a major motion picture called "Illegal Tender" (with the lead actor Rick Gonzalez and the Reggaeton superstar Tego Calderon) which featured some of H.B.'s own songs. His other feature accomplishments include "Poppin Remix" (a 2006 international Chris Brown remix produced by Great Scott- who shortly after produced Chris Brown’s hit single “Wall To Wall”), and "Get Up Get Up" featuring Redman (produced by Rockwilder). In 2008 H.B. finalized a ringtone deal that currently carries exclusive mobile phone ringtones, wall papers, and ring back tones. Branching upward and outward from his musical talents he is also making his mark in the television and film industry. Working and participating in a documentary and short film with the film company Snow Bird Films. The elaborate and broad range of accomplishments H.B. Monte has established during his musical career is both impressive and ever-growing. He is climbing toward stardom and has both the drive and determination to take the industry to astonishing heights. This fortitude not only marks the heart of a true artist but also signifies the beginning of a new and unstoppable force that is not to be reckoned with in music..
