Carolann was born in Russellville, Kentucky. I have been in West Tennessee my entire life and have enjoyed meeting and learning the different backgrounds of all types of professionals while being in the human resources, safety and consulting sales fields. I stumbled into the HR and Safety world by accident and I stayed because it is where I am supposed to be. I am blessed to do what I love while learning and sharing knowledge and getting paid for it. My background includes being involved with WTSHRM, National SHRM, ASSE, I am VP of the local Golden Circle Chapter and I am the VP on the West Tennessee Workers Advisors Board. I have over 15 years Human Resources, 14 Safety Training and Certifications and Public Speaking over 15 years as well.
