Moving from Atlanta to NYC, Jennifer Farnsworth is an avid painter and musician in New York's jazz community.

Jennifer has been playing up and down the east coast from Disney World to many of the great clubs of New York, oftentimes a guest vocalist of the Harold Mabern Trio.

She began painting ten years ago and continues to develop her unique style of black and white portraits in acrylic. She enjoys capturing the energy and idiosyncrasies of the many great musicians she has come to know and love.

You can find her many nights at Smoke Jazz & Supper Club or Dizzy's Club at Columbus Circle where she finds her inspiration.

Her work is on display throughout the city including the Charlie's Mural at Charlie's Bar & Kitchen in the Bronx and her Teddy Wilson portrait at Mezzrow's in Greenwich Village. Her more recent Jazz in Black and White series is gaining acclaim and much recognition throughout the New York area.
