Bright, beautiful, and talented; these are just a few words thrown around Hollywood on a daily basis, but Claudia Jordan is a true embodiment of the description. “Very few women with Claudia’s looks come with personality and the gift of gab”, says John Johnston, executive producer at Fox Sports Net. Soon after meeting Claudia, John hired her as the new entertainment correspondent for 54321. In fact, the buzz is building daily on this Hollywood ingénue, who after just three years in tinsel town has already captured coveted bookings for such powerhouse companies as Coors Light, Pepsi, and Microsoft.
Claudia recently hosted a 10-city tour with Nelly for his Apple Bottom Jeans model search, sponsored by Coors. She also has been seen in a variety of campaigns for such companies as Sears, L’Oreal and Hanes. Last year she made her big screen debut in New Line Cinema’s comedy S1MONE, starring Al Pacino. She also guest starred on NBC’s City Guys and the WB’s Jack and Jill, as well as The Bold and the Beautiful.
You could definitely say Claudia Jordan is hitting her stride. In fact, this African-American/Italian is in millions of living rooms around the country every day on the ever-popular CBS game show The Price is Right. Now in its 32nd year with host Bob Barker, the network recently added two new models—from which Jordan was selected out of 1100 hopefuls.
Claudia is currently developing a reality show called Tears of Joy [a day in the life of one special celebrity who grants a wish to a terminally ill child]. She just finished shooting the pilot, featuring Snoop Dogg, and plans are to launch the show this spring. She’s a natural host, and has proved it in such demanding environments as covering the Million Man March in Washington D.C. for the Providence American Newspaper, and creating and hosting an underground hip-hop show for WBWC radio in Cleveland. She is currently co-writing a feature film, a comedy about relationships. A lot has happened for Claudia, but thanks to her mother this former Miss Rhode Island and track and field All-American athlete is able to keep a level head.
