Often used as a keynote speaker, Dr. Bissell's quick wit and warm sense of humor have won him standing ovations. After earning a B.A. in psychology, he earned his doctorate degree with a concentration in the area of organization and dhuman behavior. He served as a resident counselor at Jackson Memeorial Hospital, Miami, Florida. In 1981, he was appointed Director of a Counseling Center for VIP care, where he furthered his interesrt in group dynamics. He has also been invited to appear on radio and television to discuss his book and seminar programs. He is a specialist in conflict and change managemnet.
