Coach Faust is a highly animated motivational speaker. Audiences never forget his high energy style and charisma. Gerry is a former head football coach at Notre Dame and the University of Akron. As a football player, he was all-state in high school and was a three-year letterman quarterback in college. He went on to coach at the high school level, where he took Moeller High School to one of the most successful high school programs in America, winning numerous city championships and several state championships. His last seven years, his teams won 72 out of 73 games and the one loss was by one point. While the results of his tenure at Notre Dame were not what he had hoped for, he says he would not trade that time for anything, as it helped him to realize that facing adversity was a major part of life.
