Kevin Freiberg is a popular speaker who is known for delivering hard-hitting messages that move people emotionally and inspire them to make long-term, substantive changes in their personal and professional lives. Kevin is the president of San Diego Consulting Group, Inc., a consulting and professional speaking firm dedicated to equipping leaders for a world of change. His clients include Southwest Airlines Co., Arthur Andersen & Co., Catholic Healthcare West, Motorola, Cox Communications, Inc., Turner Entertainment Corporation, and Williams-Sonoma.

Before becoming a full-time speaker and consultant, Kevin taught for eight years at the University of San Diego and San Diego State University, where he met his wife, Jackie. He received his bachelors in English literature and masters degree in speech communication from San Diego State; he earned his doctorate in educational leadership at the University of San Diego.

Kevin and Jackie are co-authors of NUTS! Southwest Airlines' Crazy Recipe for Business and Personal Success, published October 1996 by Bard Books. It is an inside look at the leadership principles and practices behind one of America's truly great success stories.
