In more than twenty-five years of management consulting and research, Dr. Margaret Wheatley has worked with an unusually broad range of clients: The U.S. Army, major corporations, state and district public schools, hospitals, foundations, and individuals from CEOs to assembly line workers have benefited from her expertise. Wheatley heads the Berkana Institute, a non-profit educational and scientific research foundation, and is a principal of Kellner-Rogers and Wheatley. She is a frequent keynote speaker in the U.S. and internationally.
