Stephen earned a bachelor's degree, two master's degrees and a doctorate from The Ohio State University. He served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army in Vietnam. He has been a teacher at the high-school and college level. Since 1973, he has served as a mental health consultant and practitioner. He is a special consultant to several law enforcement agencies and he has an active psychological practice. He has addressed over 2000 groups during the last fifteen years. His ability to cover such vitally important topics, yet keep his audiences laughing, is uncanny.
