In 2003, Mr. Griggs founded Justice Inc., and served as President. Mr. Griggs founded his first company, Griggs Cinematography in 1999.

Mr. Griggs is an online blog-columnist for HeraldNews.net in association with the Herald News and the (Bergen) Record. Mr. Griggs also serves as a member and executive officer of many youth-oriented commissions/committees, and boards.

In January 2006, Mr. Griggs received support from former US President William Jefferson Clinton, United States Senator Frank Lautenberg, the North Jersey Media Group, and Valley National Bank. Mr. Griggs has been featured in numerous magazines, and newspapers, and has appeared on many talk shows and news programs including; The Monica Davis Show, Success-Talk with Jo Condrill, ABC News, Cablevision 12, MBC, Telemundo, UPN, MY9 and Fox. Mr. Griggs is a frequent guest speaker at High Schools, Colleges, and Universities across the nation.

Mr. Griggs has received over 50 honors and acknowledgements. He is the recipient of the NAACP, and Optimist’s International Youth Leadership Award
